SHIPPING POLICY

ATTENTION: due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, processing and shipping times might be slightly delayed due to circumstances out of my control. Please rest assured that your item will be treated with the care and attention needed to get it to you as soon as possible.

Processing times are currently 3-7 days (not including weekends) 

Items are shipped via Canada Post Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays.

I will try to get your order out as fast as possible but please keep in mind processing times may be longer in some circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped Canada Post aims to deliver your order in 3-5 working days (Canadian orders) but please also keep in mind covid delays as this may impact the shipping time.

Orders being shipped outside Canada have been known to take up to two weeks in some cases, even a month if stuck at customs, to arrive so please be patient. However, Canada Post aims to deliver these orders in 5-10 days.

We ARE NOT responsible for your order once it has been shipped and do not accept returns and refunds under any circumstances.

If an item has been damaged during transit please write an email to  hyacinth.crystals.ottawa@gmail.com with your order number, product, and an attached picture of the broken product within 24 hours after delivery. If we rule that this indeed gets damaged in transit we will offer a store credit.
