REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of materials in my store, I do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
Please send email to hyacinth.crystals.ottawa@gmail.com in the event you receive a damaged item within 24 hours after package has been delivered. Please include photos of damage and also of packaging. I take great care in wrapping your precious crystals and have a great shipping history! So I am confident that your items will arrive in the condition they were shipped. A store credit will be issued if approved.
Please purchase responsibly and be sure to read full descriptions and look at all of the photos of the item you intend on bringing home.
Unfortunately once I ship your package and a tracking number is provided, I can no longer be held responsible for delayed or lost mail since it is then in Canada Post's hands. Please contact your local post office for more information on the status of your package. They can almost always provide you with more information than the online tracking system will.
I am not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. Please be sure to double/triple check your address before submitting your order.
